What happens if more than one developer is editing the same app at the same time?

The Rapid Cloud Development framework has a built in security system that prevents simultaneous updates.
The developer that has the app in edit mode will automatically block other developers from editing the same app.
When the developer saves his changes, the changes are automatically applied to all developers that have the same app open so that they always see the most recent version of that app.
